For twenty years I have helped the world’s top talent lean into new challenges and growth opportunities as they navigate career and life choices. I have coached and counseled hundreds of senior leaders, built programs to support senior talent as they launched into leadership roles, and worked with teams to create positive dynamics. My experience of twenty years at McKinsey & Company in consulting, professional development and senior talent is coupled with an MBA from Harvard Business School, a College of Executive Coaching Certification, an ICF coaching certification and training in Hogan, MBTI, Immunity to Change. This combination underpins my practical and supportive approach to guide leaders toward success.

Business leaders continually face new and challenging situations. Some challenges are tied to difficult interpersonal dynamics within the team, with peers, a client or a boss. Some challenges are driven by difficult strategic decisions that underpin the success of the organization. Other challenges are driven by new demands in a leader’s personal life. My coaching is focused on what is top of mind for you, what you have considered and found useful or not helpful to date, and what you can try as you move closer to your goal. We will often co-create new actions or conversations to “try on”. As you find success with these actions and communications, we’ll talk through ways to cement them into habits going forward.
To help you get a clear picture of strengths you can leverage and opportunities for growth, I offer 360 feedback interviews with six to ten colleagues. This transparency provides a springboard for you to explore change and overcome barriers to change in a supportive, non-judgmental and confidential setting. As we move forward in the coaching process, I will often circle back with your colleagues to get their perspective on what is working and what is less effective. Sample results:

Through thought partnership and sharing of proven tools, I work with leaders to launch into new roles with insight and confidence. We will explore goal setting, communication norms, culture building, and organization navigation. I often incorporate 360 feedback at the three to six month mark to help leaders understand what is working and where to course correct.

Through a series of interviews and workshops, teams can build a stronger culture of trust and collaboration. We will clarify team and individual goals, identify most common points of conflict and impasse and work as a team to emphasize critical communication and approach each other with stronger trust and a benefit of the doubt mindset.

Successful professionals can hit either a personal or professional impasse that prompts deeper exploration of their current and future path. Together we can articulate and reflect on your strengths, values, and passions to navigate choices for your future. From there, you can explore shifts that reinvigorate your passions and drive better balance – whether you stay at your current organization or make a change. If you are heading toward a change, we will lay out a networking plan and create regular check ins and strategies to help you land your ideal next position.
Starting with self is the foundation for much of my coaching. Nothing is as essential as putting in place the habits and practices that will enable you to approach each day as a calm, fearless, inspiring leader. We'll check in on sleep, diet and exercise and brainstorm the master habits you can put in place to feel your best. We will also check in on how work fits with your vision of your life as a whole - pursuits you want to lean into outside of work; relationships you want to spend time strengthening; causes you want to champion. For most senior talent, time is a scarcity. We'll spend some time thinking through priorities that reinforce your goals.
